Store Update: An Increase to the Shipping Prices and Thresholds launches 1 April 2024

Dylan here to give you a quick update with the online store and our shipping prices.

The last time shipping prices at Vault Games were adjusted was back in 2018, a whole six years ago, and since then, there's been non-stop cost increases, record inflation, and a whole damn pandemic.

Unfortunately, as it's been so long, Vault Games now has to catch up its shipping prices to a point that allows us to keep the online side of the business running. 

From 1 April 2024, all flat-rate shipping prices for the online store will be increasing by $3. This means our shipping rates will be as follows:

Standard Shipping - $15
Express Shipping - $28

There will be no change to Signature on Delivery costs, so it will still be an additional $2.95 to request signature on delivery when shipping your order.

Furthermore, due to this increase, the decision has been made to raise our Free Standard Shipping (or Western Australia & Tasmania Half-Price Standard Shipping) Threshold to $200.

This means, if spend over $200 on the online store, standard shipping will be $7.50 for Western Australia and Tasmania, and free for everywhere else.

As always, pick up free and remains available from either Vault Games store.
